Poster Submission Directions

Please carefully review the directions below concerning poster orientation, size and submission.

• All College of Sciences graduate students and postdocs are welcome to submit posters, but please only one grad and one postdoc poster per lab to assure space for as many labs as possible.
• Submission is open to everyone until we reach capacity, at which point the poster submission will be closed.
• Posters can be vertical or horizontal but should be no more than 3 feet by 5 feet, if possible. Posters that have been presented previously, or that were presented at external meetings, are allowed.
• There will be a voluntary poster competition with a best poster award granted to both the best graduate student poster and the best postdoc poster.
• Posters should be presented in person. Presentation time will be assigned as the event nears.
• Intention to present a poster and be judged can be announced on the registration form. You can edit your registration form right up until the event, so anyone who already registered can add poster information later. Please note that space may get full and poster submission could be cut off.
